"Burn fat, not time."

Session One

Your first session includes a FREE 1-hour evaluation [a $70 value!] including taking measurements, body fat, discussing health history and setting goals. Following is your first 30-minute workout to develop proper slow motion form. Wear gym shoes, shorts and a T-shirt (women wear a sports bra under your T-Shirt).

Session Two

Your second session will be a 30 minute more intense workout continuing to focus on form. This session will include slightly heavier weights but not full workout resistance.

Session Three

On your third visit, you are ready for an intense workout. Expect it to take 30 minutes or less (bring your water bottle).

Your investment is $40/session. The full month's payment is due the 1st of each month. Please make checks payable to Studio 30. Payment is due at the first of each month to secure your appointment.
