  • Each of our instructors is certified by a nationally recognized fitness or health organization. They are certified in CPR. Additionally, each instructor must pass a rigorous internship at Studio 30 for a period of one month.
  • They demonstrate a high level of competency and proficiency in all of the exercises as well as personal communication skills.
  • We can accommodate any time and day that works for you. We're here from 6am-8pm on weekdays as well as Saturday mornings.
