Yes, that's right! In addition to a resistance program, you must eat well! 80% of your results are directly related to your nutrition. Following are the guidlines to COMPLETE fitness.

  1. Nutrition...eat 4-6 small, nutrient dense mini meals daily
  2. Water...drink 1 gallon each day
  3. Rest...sleep between 71/2 and 9 hours each night
  4. Cardiovascular Work...just walk! No aerobics, no running [they are tough on your joints]
  5. Accountability...there is no magic pill. You must work hard on your own in addition to your session at Studio 30
